Deine Mission
Als Fertigungshelfer / Produktionshelfer (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Produktionsteam bei der Herstellung hochwertiger Bauteile und trägst aktiv zu einem reibungslosen Fertigungsablauf bei. Du bereitest Rohmaterialien für die Fertigung vor, führst Nachbearbeitungs- und Finisharbeiten wie Entgraten, Schleifen und Polieren durch und unterstützt bei der Qualitätskontrolle der produzierten Komponenten. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du die Pflege von Werkzeugen und Betriebsmitteln, sorgst für Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich und unterstützt die Materiallogistik sowie die Montage bei Bedarf. Durch deine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards.
Dein Profil
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Produktion oder Fertigung von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
- Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
- Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
- Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau
- Sicherer Umgang mit Arbeitsanweisungen und Qualitätsvorgaben
- Verantwortungsbewusstes und strukturiertes Arbeiten
